Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

1) If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us within 1 day at sales@elbury.in and provide a photo & video of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement or refund assistance if proved true. (you will never receive defective jewelry because we check twice before packing)
2) Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 1 days of your order’s arrival date. After 1 day, we will be unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance.
